Day 7 - Vegan for a week

Today for breakfast, I had some cornflakes and banana with almond milk. What can I say? Sunday is cornflakes day.

For a morning snack, I had the juiciest orange. It was amazing - sweet, juicy and full of goodness. This is why oranges are my favourite fruit.

Lunch was a small bowl of mum's 'full of greens soup that is now grey' leftover. That wasn't really pleasant. After that, I decided to try and make an apple and cinnamon jaffle. It worked and tasted like a cinnamon doughnut.

I didn't really have an afternoon snack, so I started making dinner early. For dinner, I made some of Jamie Olivers 2 ingredient spinach pasta with a nice tomato and zucchini sauce. Here is a link to the recipe:

Well, this week has been something. I am surprised I didn't miss dairy as much as I did but I will be so glad to wake up tomorrow to a bowl of cows milk and weetbix.

You guys should try this challenge. I dare you!
