Day 4 - Vegan for a week

Ok, so today, I am feeling much better. Still have a runny nose but my sore throat is gone and I don't have a headache. For breakfast, I was going to have some toast but we were out of bread so I had some crumpets with jam and peanut butter. That was really good. I just had a glass of water with that.
For a snack, I found some of my mum's vegan cookies so I had two of them. They were as good as always.
For lunch, I had two avocado and chickpea sauce wraps. The chickpea sauce was basically chickpeas in a tomato and onion sauce with a few veggies blended up. The avocado was fresh and creamy, just bringing the wrap together.
An orange for afternoon snack did the trick, filled me up and satisfied my sweet tooth.

For dinner, we had mum's 'stuffed with greens' soup. She literally stuffs it with all the vegetables she has and then adds some barley and spices and comes up with this tasteless grey soup. Anyway, it is food so we are all grateful right?
That's the end of day 4. Bring on day 5!
