So today, I am just over my cold. For breakfast, I had some home made muesli with a handful of cornflakes. This sweetens it up a little bit as the muesli isn't very sweet.

Snack was a vegan cookie (same as always isn't it?). I wasn't really hungry for lunch so I waited a little bit and ate an orange.
A whole orange contains only about 85 calories and has no fat, cholesterol or sodium and, of course, oranges are well known for their vitamin C content. Oranges boost your immune system and improve your skin. They also aid with heart health, cholesterol levels and other issues. Oranges additionally help reduce the risk of respiratory diseases, certain cancers, rheumatoid arthritis, ulcers and kidney stones. All this in a tasty, juicy package? Yes please!
Afternoon snack was a banana and almond smoothie. Nice and refreshing, and it filled me up.
Finally, dinner was leftover of mum's 'stuffed with greens' soup, but this time, we picked up some hot chips as a side. Thank god. I couldn't stand another plain bowl of that.
Alright. Day 5 done. Let's hope day 6 is slightly more interesting!
