Day 7 - Last day Sugar free week

Today is my last day! I feel great - lots of energy and really excited to start eating sugar again. For breakfast, I had honey and butter on toast again (there was nothing else) and for lunch we had chicken and chips. Dinner was a let down though. My mum had planned nachos with salsa and guac but when we looked on the jar of the salsa, there was the tiniest amount of sugar in it. I had to give up because I wasn't not going to eat tomato salsa on my nachos.

I had a good run though. I learnt a lot about how much sugar is in everything. Overall, I am glad I had this experience and I will probably do it again someday.
