Day 4 - Sugar free week

Last night for dessert, myself and my brother had peach and banana in kefir yogurt. It was amazing - the kefir was jelly like and not too acidic, and the fruit added the exciting flavour.

Kefir is a fermented milk drink/yogurt made from milk and the kefir grain. Here are some benefits of kefir in digestive health:

Today, I woke up late - I don't know whether that was because I haven't had sugar or because it was cold and all I wanted to do was snuggle in my doona. For breakfast I could only have toast with peanut butter but it was better than last time. I'm feeling good about today.
