Day 3 - Sugar free week

Today was the best. I didn't feel tired at all, in fact, I had more energy than the past two days. Not eating sugar isn't really in my head anymore - I've forgotten about it. This morning I changed my peanut butter on toast to cream cheese on rye bread. It was actually really good and I'll probably have it again this week.

I'll write tomorrow on how I feel :)
