Day 2 - Sugar free week

Day 2 and I'm feeling great. Last night for dinner I had potatoes and capsicum covered with egg. Dessert was just some peanuts to fill me up. The overall feeling yesterday was great. I was at a steady mood throughout the day and I had lots of energy, even at the end of the day.

Today, I started with a cold porridge I made last night. It had:
- Oats
- Sultanas
- Chia seeds
- Black sesame seeds
- Sunflower seeds
- Almonds
I tasted better than I expected, but next time, I think I wont add almonds and I'll add more chia seeds.
