Day 1 - Sugar free week

This week, I will be experimenting on myself by intaking no added fructose. I wanted to try this to see how I feel, and what it does to me. Eating and drinking no added fructose means I can't eat cane sugar, honey, maple syrup, agave syrup, corn syrup and many other things. I have said to myself no added fructose which means I can still eat fruit and glucose like brown rice syrup, glucose and dextrose.

So far today, I feel normal. For breakfast, I had toast with butter and peanut butter and a glass of milk. It is surprising how the fat and protein in peanut butter fills you up so quickly and for so long.
